The inspiration for this project was the very earphones I was wearing: the JIB True series earphones by Skullcandy. I was able to pull images from their website, and reference the ones I own as well.

Following Skullcandy's aesthetic came naturally to me, as it is the style I originally started exploring in my early design days: generally cool, sleek, and sporty.

Using official images from their site, I head to Illustrator to design each keyframe. Once brought into After Effects, I would utilize 3D layers and markers to ensure I was on beat to the chosen song.

The concept was to highlight the earphones strengths in a small time frame. The main qualities being that it was new, waterproof, and had a long battery life. As a frequent gym goer, I took an angle that targeted those who go for long heavy lifts, and need a reliable set of earphones to do the job.
